Abstract:
The Lean Startup is a new method for creating successful businesses in the areas of Technology and Innovation. The Learn Startup is one of the most successful methods used in Silicon Valley over the last few years, and continues to grow in usage. In this workshop, you will learn what causes Startup Businesses to succeed and what causes them to fail. You will learn Lean Startup methodologies such at the Build Measure Learn product cycle and how to continuously deliver innovation that customers really want.
